The top football class has 18 clubs instead of 16 for the first time since the 2008-2009 season, with a classic competition of 34 matchdays without play-offs. The top four have European tickets, the numbers 17 and 18 are directly relegated to the Challenger Pro League. In the week before the start of the competition, the Super Cup is played.
